1. Must I be at home when you clean my house?
It's your choice. Many of Maid 4 Texas customers prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes.

2. How do you protect my keys?
If you choose for us to hold your key it is secured in a locked key storage device to which only Maid 4 Texas managers have access. The key is issued to the team leader on the day of your clean. The team leader returns the key at the end of the day and management returns it to the secured container. All keys are organized in an numeric system and have no connection to your information or address.

3. How many people will clean my home?
We work in teams of two, one of whom is a Team Leader (supervisor). Occasionally there is a third person whom is a Field Supervisor present during the cleaning.

4. What are your house cleaning rates?
Fees are based on the condition and size of the home. It is best to complete the online FREE Quote or call us directly for an accurate estimate.

5. How do I pay for your residential cleaning services?
Payment is due at time of service. You may pay by cash, personal check or accepted credit cards. If you aren't home we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen countertop. If you prefer to pay by credit card, we will handle that process from our office the day prior to the service.

6. Is your house cleaning work guaranteed?
All work performed by Maid 4 Texas is backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with the work we've done in your home, simply call our office within 24 hours of your clean, and we will re-clean it at no additional charge!

7. Are your housekeepers trained and supervised?
Team members are trained before they're permitted to enter your home. Training continues as we learn about new products/methods and to reinforce prior training. Each team includes a Team Leader to see that cleaning tasks are correctly completed. Field Service Supervisors make periodic visits to homes to ensure quality of service.

8. Do I need to provide my own house cleaning products?
Maid 4 Texas will always arrive at your home with our own cleaning products and equipment. All of our products are environmentally-preferable and are safe for small children and pets.

9. Will I always have the same maid service team?
We make every effort to have the same team in your home. Occasionally there may be a change in a team member due to illness. The Maid 4 Texas team leader's job is to learn your home and to teach the team members to deliver the quality that you would expect.

10. Are you Bonded and Insured? Yes. We can provide documentation upon request. A bond is an insurance policy covering theft. The policy is payable upon conviction.
